FAQ

The questions we hear most.

Where is Stagyra installed?

On the school's own server or hosting, for example Aruba hosting with PHP 8.3 and MySQL or MariaDB. We take care of the installation and of connecting it to your school's website.

Does it work with our website?

Yes. A small kit connects your website to the portal: news and staff appear on your site automatically, and public forms, such as club sign-ups, stay on your own domain.

What language is it in?

The portal is in English, the way international schools use it. Documents and communications to families can be in both Italian and English.

What happens if we stop?

Your data is yours, and it stays on your server. When the license expires the portal switches to read-only, and exporting your data is always available.

Can the AI assistants see student data?

They run on the school's own key, and only when someone uses them. Each assistant has precise rules about what it can read, and any text meant for families is always approved by a person.
