Website privacy notice
This notice covers the stagyra.it / stagyra.com website and the data you provide when you fill in the contact form or buy a license. It does not cover the data that schools process with the Stagyra portal installed on their own premises: each school is the controller of that data.
Data controller

What data we collect, and why
- Contact form: name, email, school, role, school size and message. We use them only to answer your request (demo, quote or information). Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request, and your consent.
- Purchase: details of the school and of the contact person, and invoicing details. We need them to perform the license agreement and to meet our tax obligations. Payment takes place on PayPal: only PayPal sees your card details.
- Technical data: the IP address of whoever submits a form, to protect the website from abuse (request limits).
Cookies and third-party tools
The website uses no profiling cookies and no third-party analytics, and it does not load fonts or scripts from other websites. Only the purchase page, when the shop is open, loads the PayPal button, which may use its own technical cookies.
How long we keep it
Contact requests are kept for 24 months after our last exchange, then deleted. Purchase data is kept for as long as tax law requires (10 years).
Where
The data is stored on a server in Italy (a data center in Bergamo) and is not transferred outside the European Union, except for payment data processed by PayPal under its own privacy policy.
Your rights
You may at any time request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing by writing to [PRIVACY EMAIL], and you may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
